The DCS-16 is our revolutionary DPF cleaning machine. It allows garage owners to clean/clear any size DPF in-house – providing a useful (and extremely profitable) service to customers either experiencing blocked DPF-related or prior to an MoT.

If you had ever thought about the reliability of our CC-14 Carbon Clean machine, you definitely need to read these fantastic carbon clean results!

Do you know what these results mean…?

Step 1 at 10:30

This was before the CC-14 was connected and the engine was hot.

Co level: 0.06. We want this to come down.

HC level: 5 PPM. This should go up.

CO2 Level: 4.33. This should go down.

O2 level: 14.78. This should go up

Step 2 at 11.10

It shows exactly what we wanted it to do…

This was carried out at the end of the Carbon Clean Service, before road test.

Step 3 MOT Smoke Test

Peak 1 shows a high level as the carbon deposits are expelled from the exhaust.

Peak 2 3 & 4 show it dropping and is an MOT Pass.

Another Authorised Carbon Clean Centre has just joined our growing network, this time in the Hull area. Carbon Clean Hull is the forth centre to take on Carbon Clean Centre Plus status, alongside the CCCPlussites in Hainault, Stanton and Waterloovile. This means they have both one of our Carbon Cleaning machines and one of DPF Cleaning machines on site.

Carbon Clean Hull has already reported that it’s seeing an upturn in business with word of mouth traveling fast in the local area already. Of course, with our renowned aftercare and promotion service we are directing local customers straight to the Centre’s doors too. We are pleased to announce the addition of another Authorised Carbon Clean Centre to our ever-expanding network – Carbon Clean Waterloovile in Hampshire. Carbon Clean Waterloovile is one of three CCCPlus – Carbon Clean Centre Plus – sites in the UK currently, alongsideCCCPlus Hainault and CCCPlusStanton.

A CCCPlus Centre offers both our carbon cleaning service and our DPF cleaning service too, two excellent revenue generating services for a garage business.

Carbon Clean, the revolutionary engine decarbonising system that works with tap water, has concluded 2017’s successful run of Mechanex shows with an exciting new product launch.

Joining the wealth of industry-renowned suppliers in attendance at the Sandown Park event, the Carbon Clean team showcased yet another industry-leading and affordable solution: the ‘DCS-16’ DPF cleaning system.

DCS-16 is a fast and convenient cleaning solution for all types of DPF, featuring an auto and manual mode, an air regulator which allows the air pressure to be controlled and adjusted, plus a DPF auxiliary holder for easy installation.

The machine also utilises completely harmless chemicals for safer working conditions, as well as minimising any potential environmental impact.

Carbon Clean’s team welcomed garage owners and technicians on to the stand to discuss the latest addition to the Carbon Clean line-up, as well as outlining the opportunities that becoming a Carbon Clean Centre presents during the twice-daily seminars.

Carbon Clean, the revolutionary engine decarbonising system that works with tap water, has further expanded its network with the recent appointment of Kolborta Ltd as a Carbon Clean Engineer.

Based in Dalbeattie, Kolborta Ltd is among the first to offer this service locally, helping motorists in the Dumfries and Galloway area to reduce emissions, improve vehicle performance and increase fuel efficiency.

The mobile DPF cleaning and diagnostics specialist is now able to deliver the 30 minute treatments at locations to suit, using Carbon Clean’s state-of-the-art equipment to produce a highly charged oxyhydrogen (HHO) gas mixture through electrolysis. When delivered into the engine through the air filter, the gas cleans the internal surfaces by enabling both improved combustion and through the catalytic benefits of hydrogen in breaking down the deposits.

Removing these residues results in improved engine efficiency and compression, as well as lowering oil consumption, prolonging engine life.

Carbon Clean, the engine decarbonising system that works using electrolysis, has added Carbon Clean Centre Halifax to its emerging UK network of Carbon Clean Centres.

Advanced Auto Services Ltd became Carbon Clean Centre Halifax in late August capping a busy summer season for the engine cleaning specialists.

Carbon Clean Centre Halifax is now trained, equipped and supported to treat the growing problem of carbon residue accumulation inside engines. If left untreated, it can cause poor throttle response, decreased fuel economy and engine wear.

Owner Granville Horsforth, who works with son John and wife Audrey, had recently moved into new premises and was looking for further specialisms to add to wheel alignment and air con servicing.

“When we went up the install the Carbon Clean machine it was quickly apparent that they had identified some opportunities, in fact cars were already booked in for the following day,” said Chris Phipps, National Sales Manager. “There’s strong demand within the local community for environmentally-friendly options, so the measurable emissions reductions Carbon Clean achieves certainly ticks that box.”

A demonstration on John’s Toyota Crown yielded impressive results, opening up another potential avenue to market Carbon Clean through classic car owners’ clubs.

“The Toyota’s engine started to run more quietly as the service was being done,” said Chris. “A test drive then confirmed better throttle response with the turbo boost coming in earlier and more smoothly afterwards.”

Carbon Clean’s machine-based treatment works in just 30 minutes whilst the engine is running by using electrolysis to create a highly charged oxyhydrogen (HHO) gas mixture from tap water. This is fed into the engine through the air filter housing. It cleans engines both by accelerating combustion and thanks to the catalytic benefits of hydrogen, in helping break down deposits.

Carbon Clean machines are fully automated so technicians can work on the vehicle whilst the process is running. Carbon Clean Halifax will also gain access to full site support covering equipment, training, technical support and marketing too.
